Viniification and ageing takes place in stainless steel vats (50%) and barrels (50%) for 7 to 8 months, followed by bottling in spring. This wine has elegant fruit aromas. On the palate, the limestone minerality provides good length and a long lingering finish. To be enjoyed on its own or with grilled fish.
